Biography

Sean Shahrooz Parsa is the Principal Lawyer at Parsa Law and currently teaches Contract Law as a Lecturer at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law (Toronto Metropolitan University), where he brings practical legal insight and real-world application into the classroom.

Sean holds a JD from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, with a prior degree in electrical engineering. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan (Tarion), giving him a uniquely structured and compliance-driven approach to both legal and business matters.

Before founding Parsa Law, Sean worked at several respected law firms, gaining hands‑on experience in corporate and real estate law. He also spent several years in global management consulting Deloitte, advising clients on business strategy, operations and growth.

Sean also serves as general counsel and managing partner of a real estate development firm active across the GTA. His experience includes large‑scale land assemblies, complex joint ventures and negotiations with municipalities and lenders. This dual legal and operational background uniquely positions him to deliver strategic legal advice grounded in real‑world execution.
