Mehrsa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Common Law from the Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Tehran. Her legal education across different legal systems has developed her ability to assess contractual and commercial issues from multiple perspectives.

Prior to joining Parsa Law, she worked as a Lease Contract Specialist for a prominent shopping centre, where she developed practical experience in commercial leasing, contract review, tenant communications, and the management of lease-related matters.
Mehrsa is fluent in English and Persian (Farsi) and also speaks French. She values clear communication and attentive client service and is committed to helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate real estate and commercial matters with confidence and ease.
