Biography

Sean Parsa is the Principal Lawyer at Parsa Law. He holds a JD from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Sean also has a background in electrical engineering and holds both the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and Tarion Builder certification — credentials that bring a structured, compliance-focused mindset to his legal and business work.

Before founding Parsa Law, Sean worked at several respected boutique law firms, gaining hands-on experience in corporate and real estate law. He also spent several years in management consulting at a global firm, advising clients on business strategy, operations, and growth.

In parallel with his legal practice, Sean served as General Counsel and is now the Managing Partner of a real estate development firm active across the GTA. He has overseen large-scale land assemblies, structured complex joint ventures, and led negotiations with municipalities and lenders. His background gives him a rare ability to blend legal advice with real-world execution.

Prior to joining Attorna, John worked in the UK of an international law firm.
